Job Title: Online Retail Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support end-to-end e-commerce operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for order processing, inventory management, logistics coordination, and customer service support.

About the Role:

This role requires an individual who can process customer orders accurately and promptly through online platforms, coordinate with the supply chain team for timely product delivery, and maintain sufficient stock levels for packaging.

  • Assist in eCommerce Sales Duties
  • Manage eCommerce Inventory
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, or logistics coordination, preferably 1-3 years.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and courier portals.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills for handling customer and logistics issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and inventory management.
  • Language proficiency in Chinese to liaise with China suppliers and vendors.
  • Positive work attitude with willingness to learn.
Benefits:

This is a contract role for 6 months with possibility of extension up to 12 months.
