Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Chief People Officer to spearhead our organization's people strategy and foster a high-performing culture.

This is a hands-on role where you'll partner with leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent while ensuring HR practices align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and training & development.

  • Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and programs to support business needs and ensure legal compliance.

  • Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-calibre candidates.

  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and career development plans.

  • Foster a positive workplace culture that supports employee engagement and retention.

  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans.

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.

  • Prepare HR reports and metrics to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications.
