  • Account Serving:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets within assigned territories.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with existing and new accounts through regular follow-ups, in-person meetings, and sales proposals.
    • Act as the main point of contact for managing all aspects of customer relationships, including handling inquiries, providing services, and delivering information.
    • Responsible for the day-to-day management of communication and execution of promotions across assigned accounts.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify business opportunities by assessing prospects and evaluating customers' businesses and requirements.
    • Analyze sales options, provide cost calculations, and recommend solutions to customers to meet assigned targets.
    • Regularly communicate sales performance, competitor activities, and market intelligence to management.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Logistics) to contribute to team performance and effort.
  • Job Requirements:
    • Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Optometry, or a related field.
    • Optometrist will be preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with a proven track record and a passion for sales.
    • Experience in the Optical and/or FMCG industry will be advantageous.
    • Self-motivated individual who is results-oriented, proactive, and possesses problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Working Conditions:
    • Working Location: East.
    • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6:30 pm
