Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Producer to join our team. As an editorial storyteller, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, working on a range of commissioned projects across TV, YouTube, and digital platforms.

You will contribute to ideation and proposal writing, manage projects from planning to delivery, produce content that is engaging and purposeful, and develop story approaches that are format-appropriate and suited to the platform.

Your role will involve coordinating with camera crews and post-production teams to maintain consistency and quality, creating supporting content such as trailers and social edits to extend reach and engagement, and managing schedules and client communication with clarity and accountability.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience producing content across TV, YouTube, digital, or social platforms
  • A strong sense of story structure and pacing, with experience adapting stories across formats, lengths, and audiences
  • An eye for visual storytelling, with the ability to think in sequences and shape how a story looks and flows
  • Confidence working under tight timelines without compromising editorial clarity or production quality
  • Clear communication skills, especially when managing feedback, presenting ideas, or working across internal and external teams
