An important part of our in-house production team, the Content Producer will be responsible for designing and creating captivating video and digital media content. Filming and editing productions, interviews and projects, online research as well as contributing content. You will work closely with our account management team to provide current and effective video content for marketing and campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To shoot, edit and create captivating video, digital media, and motion graphic content and stories
- To film and edit productions, interviews, and various content in single and multi-camera shoots
- To produce, edit and manage content production for our clients
- To spec, prepare and operate media equipment to the highest standards
- Have up to date practical and theoretical skills in film production planning, filming and realization
- To create a range of engaging digital content such as videos, simple animations and showreels to be used across a variety of online platforms and social media channels
- To liaise and collaborate with both permanent and freelance staff to produce high quality video content
- To help us maximize our online content and help develop social media presence through the creation of video driven strategies and digital media content for Stratgeist and our clients
- To support the account servicing team and production team with shoot planning, equipment set up, and filming.
- To plan, support and produce a range of Media products in conjunction with other key members of staff to support our clients and company needs
- To manage and maintain the company’s production equipment and assets to the highest standard
- To maintain up to date knowledge of current and new equipment and practices in order to stay ahead on future developments and to maximize its impact on content production

**Requirement**
- Minimum 2 years of proven video production experience acting as a videographer and content creator in a creative advertising agency or internal creative team
- Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of how to achieve objectives while meeting an expected brand standard, a high bar for aesthetic quality within set budgets and schedules
- Experienced in working with creative teams during conceptual stage on production costs and execution options to deliver the highest quality work for the most efficient timeline and budget
- Experienced in project scheduling, budgeting
- Proven success with interview shoots, photography shoots, and animation
- Proficient in adobe premiere and aftereffects
- Have an established network of reliable creative, production, editorial, motion, illustration, and freelance agency partners
- Ability to storyboard, video edit and conduct interviews is a huge plus
