Job Title: Content Producer (Social Media | Video Editing | Photography)

Salary: $2,500 – $3,500

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Location: Flexible – Work from Home / Office (Singapore-based; shoots may be on location)

About the Role

We are seeking a Content Producer with strong skills in social media content creation, video production, and photography to manage end-to-end content production for our clients. You will work on exciting projects across F&B, beauty, retail, lifestyle, and e-commerce industries, creating short-form video content and digital marketing assets for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. This is a great role for a creative storyteller with experience in shooting, editing, and post-production who can work independently and deliver engaging digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content for social media
  • Develop creative concepts and execute brand storytelling strategies
  • Manage full-cycle production — pre-production, filming, post-production
  • Create social media content optimised for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube
  • Edit with strong hooks, pacing, captions, transitions, and light graphics
  • Stay updated on social media trends and apply to content planning
  • Build and maintain content libraries and reusable templates
  • Collaborate with marketing teams and mentor junior creatives when needed
Requirements
  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and video editing
  • Skilled in DSLR and smartphone videography
  • Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and/or Final Cut Pro
  • Knowledge of SEO for video content and social media engagement strategies
  • Strong creative vision and attention to detail
  • Organised, proactive, and able to meet deadlines
  • Bonus: Experience in UGC-style content and working with influencers
