Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Designer to join our team. As a Learning Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning experiences that meet the needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for producing experiential learning experiences that make the acquisition of knowledge and skill more efficient, effective, and appealing. You will be responsible for designing and developing pedagogically-sound content of high quality standards, demonstrating customer-centric, technological abilities and instructional design capabilities to achieve the learning outcomes.

You will also be working collaboratively in a team for seamless delivery of your end-product, communicating with clients and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on a regular basis, conducting user training and review, and evaluating effectiveness of the course.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in related field (Education, Adult Learning, Instructional Design or Training Related Specialisation).
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Strong organisation skills.
  • Experience in authoring tools is preferred.
  • Power user of Microsoft Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Meticulous and has a good sense of detail.
  • Effective communication and a good team-player.
  • Self-driven and motivated to fulfil tasks within given deadline.
