About the Department
The Group Technology and Operations (GTO) division is responsible for delivering software and system development, IT support services, and banking operations. We have streamlined our technology infrastructure in Singapore, enabling us to support our regional subsidiaries and global branches effectively. Our operations span 19 countries, ensuring a robust and adaptable banking framework.
Our Operations teams are dedicated to providing efficient transactional services while emphasizing cost-effectiveness through process enhancements, automation, and seamless processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the processing of all incoming remittance payment messages.
- Authorize inward remittance transactions.
- Manage resource allocation (when applicable), and provide daily performance reports and metrics.
- Engage in various initiatives and projects as needed.
- Ensure timely submission of control deliverables such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and audit documentation.
