Senior Officer, Outward Remittance, Cash Management Operations Center, Group Technology Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Officer to join our Cash Management Operations Center, Group Technology team. As a Senior Officer, you will be responsible for performing pre-processing verification of customers' outward remittances/cross-border payments, data entry and approval of outward remittance payments, and ensuring timely closures on exceptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify customer outward remittances/cross-border payments for accuracy and completeness
- Enter and approve outward remittance payments, including MT191 charges
- Prioritize and release time-sensitive and critical payments
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closures on exceptions
- Perform daily reconciliation of payment instructions and control checks
- Reconcile NOSTRO and General Ledger accounts
- Ensure processing meets SLA standards
About the Team
Our Cash Management Operations Center, Group Technology team provides software and system development, information technology support services, and banking operations. We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint that supports our regional subsidiaries and branches worldwide.
