Senior Corporate Transactions Lawyer

This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a global financial technology company as a senior legal professional. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate transactions, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead M&A and strategic investment transactions by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents.
- Oversee due diligence processes and liaise with external counsel to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Provide post-investment legal support, including managing signing and closing processes, and ensuring compliance with investment terms and corporate governance protocols.
- Drive internal corporate legal operations by managing global corporate governance matters, such as capitalization table administration and cross-border subsidiary maintenance.
The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with 3-6 years of PQE experience in corporate transactions, solid experience in M&A, and excellent command of English. Familiarity with onshore and offshore deal structures and regulatory frameworks is essential. Strong project management, negotiation, and communication skills are also required.
