Senior Corporate Lawyer

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior corporate lawyer to provide comprehensive legal support across our operational and business functions.
This role covers a broad portfolio of complex legal matters, including commercial transactions, technology and telecom contracting, tender bids, and regulatory compliance.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes while ensuring legal, policy, and risk frameworks are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive legal guidance to the business and operational teams.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and corporate contracts.
- Support litigation management and external counsel engagement.
- Assist in managing regulatory responses where required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Admitted to the Singapore bar with a law degree from a reputable university.
- 5-7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial or corporate law.
- Experience in any combination of the following areas is highly valued:
- Commercial / Corporate Law
- Telecommunications / Technology Law
- Media / Entertainment Law
- Prior in-house experience in the info-communications, technology, or media industry is an advantage.
