About the Role

At LIBERTE HR SERVICES PTE. LTD., we are seeking an exceptional Operational Leadership - Policy and Governance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of key operational processes, strategic implementation of policies and governance within the division.

Responsibilities
  • Process Development: Collaborate with management to enhance efficiency and alignment with divisional goals by co-developing work processes.
  • Alignment and Partnership: Work closely with departments to ensure alignment with Allkin's overall strategies and partner with shared services (e.g., Facilities, Procurement) to facilitate implementation of new site developments.
  • Proposal Evaluation and Integration: Support the evaluation and integration of new proposals to align services across the division, working with the People Development team on manpower resourcing.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Assist in developing and overseeing compliance processes related to data protection, procurement, finance, and HR, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Additionally, support the creation of risk management plans, including business continuity strategies.
  • Structure Establishment: Establish consistent structures for use across services.
Candidate Profile

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in operations management and resource planning within the social services sector. Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications in Management or Organizational Development preferred.
  • 6-8 years of experience in operations management and resource planning within the social services sector.
  • Experience in leading change management initiatives and overseeing complex projects will be a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of resource and project management practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Innovative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience working with diverse teams.

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 120,000 - SGD 180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
