We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Micron Behaviors and Competencies Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for driving Micron behaviors and FE Central team competencies.

Responsibilities
  • Establish clear direction, performance goals, job profiles, and job expectations for all team members
  • Provide a work environment that empowers team members to creatively improve their work environment and instills a sense of ownership in Micron
  • Complete written evaluations and mid-year check-points for each direct report, including performance appraisals and work plans
  • Partner with team members to establish aggressive but achievable goals
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5 years' experience in Engineering or Production/Manufacturing
  • Master's in Industrial Engineering preferred
  • Ability to manage worldwide business processes and maintain high business savvy
  • Depth of understanding Supply Chain and business units' direction
  • Ability to escalate critical issues and communicate with upper management
