Job Title:

A talent acquisition specialist is needed to source, screen and hire top talent for corporate clients across various industries.


Responsibilities
  • Partner with corporate clients to understand their manpower needs.
  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and placement.
  • Build strong relationships with employers and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Stay compliant with regulations and industry norms.

Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in corporate hiring preferred.
  • Must hold a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI).
  • Familiar with manpower sourcing practices and industry norms.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and customer-oriented.
