Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving growth and profitability through strategic planning, lead generation, and proposal development.

This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business goals, building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, and negotiating contracts and pricing to ensure profitability and growth.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in new markets and with existing clients.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Negotiating contracts and pricing to ensure profitability and growth.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth implementation of sales strategies.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the facilities maintenance industry or a related field.
