As a Key Distribution Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing key support to the Manager in assessing and reviewing fit and proper assessment cases. You will also be involved in reviewing and setting up structured processes to ensure that Service Level Agreements are met.
The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to liaise with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders on all matters relating to the recruitment of candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Manager in assessing or reviewing more complex fit and proper assessment cases which are required to clear Hiring Authority Approval.
- Be involved in fit and proper framework review and execution work, ensuring that operational changes are smoothly implemented.
- Responsible for fit & proper assessment applicable to the appointment of representatives under Representative Notification Framework (RNF) within the agreed timeline.
- Provide regular statistics & reports to Distribution Channels related to candidates & appointment of representatives.
- Conduct periodic declarations and checks such as Quarterly review of representatives who are appointed with enhanced monitoring and daily credit monitoring on representative's financial status.
- Support for other Distribution Support functions, such as handles audit requests related to fit & proper assessment and regular review of processes to streamline and ensure relevancy.
You will also be expected to handle missing information or supporting documents required for due diligence checks and signing of the Agency Agreement with the candidate.
Requirements- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to liaison with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Representative Notification Framework (RNF).
- Basic understanding of fit and proper assessment concepts.
