Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned accounting strategist to lead our clients in achieving their financial objectives. As a senior accounting strategist, you will provide expert advisory services on matters such as financial management, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls.

You will advise corporate clients on accounting matters, including structuring financial processes, optimizing reporting practices, and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advisory services on financial management, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
  • Advise corporate clients on accounting matters, including structuring financial processes, optimizing reporting practices, and improving operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements for corporate clients in compliance with relevant standards.
  • Ensure financial statements are accurate, timely, and meet all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop budgets, financial forecasts, and projections to optimize strategies, profitability, and operations.
  • Provide strategic financial advice, including capital expenditure analysis, performance improvement, and cost-control strategies.
  • Deliver financial analysis and insights, including variance analysis, to support client decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, ensuring quality service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's is a plus.
  • At least 10 years managerial experience in accounting, financial reporting, and advisory services.
  • Deep knowledge of relevant financial standards, including SFRS, US GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Experience in preparing financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS and advising on reporting practices.
  • Strong ability to assess financial performance and provide insights.
  • Leadership and client management skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud accounting software and audits.
