Job Title: Key Account Strategist

 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Key Account Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships and developing strategic plans to drive business growth.

 

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. You will also possess a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, with experience in driving revenue growth through account management and relationship building.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key customer relationships to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic plans to drive business expansion.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage company resources and expertise to support customer needs.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on customer activity and progress towards goals.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in account management and sales leadership roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
