About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans, working closely with designers and engineers to deliver high-quality architectural projects.

Draughtsmen play a vital role in the design and development process, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in using Autodesk software, proficiency in producing accurate technical drawings, and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed drawings of architectural designs, incorporating customer feedback and site-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery meets quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain shop drawings with precision and attention to detail.
  • Participate in site coordination work as required.
Requirements:
  1. Hold a minimum diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent qualification.
  2. Be proficient in using AUTOCAD software and have hands-on experience with REVIT, BIM, Microstation, and Photoshop.
  3. Display self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
  4. Have at least 3 years of working experience in glazing/aluminium.
  5. Possess knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and industry best practices.
  6. Experience in project management, time estimation, and resource allocation is an advantage.
  7. Be confident, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  8. Work a standard 5.5-day week and contribute to a positive team environment.
