Arup is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural BIM Technician to join its Singapore-based team. This role focuses on providing BIM modelling and documentation support across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure, science, industry, and planning projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-quality architectural outputs.
The Opportunity
Lead and support BIM coordination efforts, producing detailed architectural drawings, cross-sections, and space-proofing diagrams from concept through to construction stages.
Prepare architectural drawings, diagrams, and visualisations for transport architecture and planning projects, ensuring alignment with Arup's quality standards.
Assist architects, planners, and team leaders in preparing project documentation and presentations, while managing junior technicians to meet project deadlines.
Support compliance with ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 14001 standards, contributing to Arup's commitment to quality, health, safety, and environmental management.
Build strong working relationships across Arup's regional teams, contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement in BIM practices.

Is this role right for you?
Diploma or degree in architecture or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in an architectural or consulting environment.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage tasks independently and within a team.
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and contribute to emerging areas of architectural design.
