Architectural Oversight Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Oversight Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a key role in ensuring the success of our architectural projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers and site managers to coordinate site work.
  • Oversee all architectural works on site, ensuring they are completed to the highest standard.
  • Monitor and coordinate the works of subcontractors, ensuring they meet our quality expectations.
  • Coordinate inspection works by resident engineers and clerk of works.

Solving Technical Challenges

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling technical and engineering problems on site. This will include planning, programming, and monitoring work progress, as well as liaising with clients, authorities, and consultants to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Building Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in residential building projects.
  • Familiarity with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment, as well as safety aspects in the construction industry.
