Financial Operations Manager cum Administrative Assistant

As a key member of the ACE TOURS & TRAVEL PTE. LTD. team, we are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager cum Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Manage the entire accounts function, including accounting, sales, and purchases, ensuring timely reconciliation of cash and bank statements, accurate control over credit card transactions, and efficient processing of invoices, travel expenses, and other related financial matters.
- Oversee the processing of invoices, travel, and other expenses, including hotel fees, attraction tickets, restaurant bills, and transportation costs, as well as utilities, rental, telecommunications, insurance, and office upkeep expenses.
- Ensure data accuracy in processing financial transactions, including attraction ticket control, stock management, and currency exchange.
- Meet monthly closing deadlines by preparing prepayment, accrual, depreciation, and journal entries, as well as GST submissions and monthly reports.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as directed by management, focusing on internal costing, ticketing systems, government grants, overseas agent reports, and company communications.

- A strong background in finance and administration, preferably with experience in managing accounts, processing invoices, and maintaining financial records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with financial software and systems.
- A proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- A competitive salary range of SGD 50,000 - 70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
