Overview of the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Administrator cum Support Assistant to join our team at Search Personnel Private Limited. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional administrative support and financial services.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various administrative duties, including carpark administrative tasks, handling client inquiries via phone and email, processing client invoices in a timely manner, updating client data, and assisting with month-end closing duties.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. A minimum Polytechnic Diploma in any discipline is required, and bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Clients Inquiries: Handle clients' inquiries via phone and email, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Financial Services: Process client invoices, update client data, and assist with month-end closing duties.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Minimum Polytechnic Diploma in any discipline.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
