Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Expert to join our team. As a Business Process Expert, you will be responsible for evaluating existing business processes and working with stakeholders to define solutions, document requirements, and develop functional specifications.

You will analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for change. You will also work with project teams to plan, monitor, and manage project schedules, coordinate testing and implementation plans, and ensure effective resolution of issues with software/hardware vendors and HQ IT teams.

In addition, you will provide support for client/server hardware and software, ensure systems availability, and manage IT-related Capex planning for upgrades, purchases, or replacements. You will also develop and maintain project/system documentation, support end-user training, and assist business units in adopting optimized business processes and systems.

Risk Management & Continuity Planning: Identify IT risks and improvement areas, and ensure business continuity and disaster recovery readiness across all systems and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • At least 5 years' experience preferably in similar industry
  • Experience with AS400 will be a plus
  • Ability to deal with business and IT management at all levels
  • Knowledge of support processes and ITIL certification is a plus
