Job Title: Business Process Expert

The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining business processes, leveraging expertise in SAP FICO and ABAP programming. They will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements, translating business needs into functional specifications.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, as well as experience in project management and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with business stakeholders to gather and document SAP ERP (FICO) system requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specs and coordinate with developers for ABAP programming, reports, and interfaces.
  • Perform system configuration and maintenance of the SAP FICO modules.
  • Create and maintain system documentation including test plans, user manuals, and technical specifications.
  • Propose and implement enhancements to streamline SAP processes for better efficiency.
  • Provide technical support during system upgrades, patch installations, and new module rollouts.
  • Offer timely troubleshooting and user support for SAP-related issues.
  • Keep up with SAP innovations, trends, and best practices to continuously enhance system performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of SAP FICO and basic ABAP concepts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in project management and presentation skills.
