Job Title: Shipping Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Shipping Executive to join our team at Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of trade operations, including monitoring the progress of shipping documents and reviewing purchase and sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage trade operations, including monitoring shipping documents and reviewing contracts
  • Work closely with traders on sales and purchase orders
  • Handle shipping documents with suppliers and shipping lines
  • Prepare sales and purchase contracts, ensuring terms are met
  • Check and verify documentation for containers and bulk shipments
  • Negotiate Letter of Credits (L/Cs)
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder and above
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the trading industry
  • Experience in Letter of Credit (L/C) is required
