Financial Performance Analyst Role
">- We are seeking a talented individual to monitor business performance against key metrics, such as revenue, production, operating profit, day sales outstanding, and resource utilization.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining orderbooks with business line managers to streamline revenue and expense projections.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of financial data.
- Assist in preparing meetings for business review and other related discussions.
- Collaborate on new tenders or contracts to ensure financial compliance with company models.
- Partner with business line management to implement process improvements in resource allocation, invoicing, revenue recognition, and expense booking.
- Maintain data integrity in contract profitability management.
- Develop and maintain costing models to understand cost drivers and price activities accurately.
- Participate in due diligence analysis of new opportunities.
- Optimize working capital to improve cash flow and profitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent finance professional qualification.
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in finance, controlling, and audit.
- Hands-on mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other applications.
- Prior experience with SAP BPC and Power BI is an advantage.
- Strong business report writing skills and correspondence with stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
