Job Title: ACMV Project Engineer(Upper Paya Lebar Road)

We are seeking an experienced ACMV Project Engineer to join our team in Upper Paya Lebar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in designing and managing ACMV systems.

Job Description:
  • Preliminary Design & Budgeting
    • Develop preliminary designs during project tenders, taking into account factors such as cost, feasibility, and technical requirements.
    • Prepare budgets for ACMV projects, ensuring that they are accurate and realistic.
    • Create and evaluate designs and budgets for Design and Build tenders, considering the needs of clients and stakeholders.
  • Client & Consultant Coordination
    • Liaise with clients and consultants to understand project requirements and ensure that their needs are met.
    • Address and resolve project-related issues efficiently, communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Project Management
    • Manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery, coordinating with internal teams, external contractors, and vendors.
    • Plan and allocate manpower effectively, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and to the required standard.
    • Supervise site activities and coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Project Engineering
    • Oversee the engineering aspects of ACMV systems, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance.
  • Cost Management
    • Monitor and control project costs to stay within the allocated budget, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing efficient solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in Autocad Software
    • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
