Guest Service Specialist

We are seeking a Guest Service Specialist to join our front-of-house team, someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and genuinely enjoys creating memorable experiences for every guest.

As a Guest Service Specialist, you will be responsible for welcoming and engaging guests with warmth and professionalism. You will manage reservations, walk-ins, and phone inquiries smoothly, coordinate seating and guest flow for a seamless dining experience, recognize and personalize service for returning guests, partner with your team to uphold high service standards, handle guest feedback with grace and a solutions-focused mindset, and support other front-of-house tasks when needed.

To succeed as a Guest Service Specialist, you must possess strong communication skills, be friendly, confident, and composed. You should have a natural ability to connect with people, be proactive and a true team player, and have the ability to work well under pressure. Prior F&B or hospitality experience is an asset but not required.
