Role Overview

Warm Client Welcome

At Alpha Vitality, we're looking for a dedicated Front of House Concierge to create a seamless experience for our clients.

You will be the first point of contact and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client experiences.

  • Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival
  • Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and client check-ins/check-outs
  • Provide clear and professional guidance on services, schedules, and facilities
  • Support service flow and coordination with wellness coaches and technicians
  • Handle phone and WhatsApp inquiries, including rescheduling and cancellations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house and reception area
  • Ensure smooth service usage and credit tracking through our booking platform
  • Support onboarding of new clients and explain health declarations or consent forms
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Assist with events, VIP visits, and occasional administrative tasks
Key Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Prior experience in hospitality, wellness, customer service, or front desk roles (not mandatory)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • A warm, polished, and professional demeanour
  • Passion for health, wellness, longevity or client care (a strong advantage)
  • Flexibility to work on rotating shifts (including some Saturdays)
