We are seeking a highly skilled Front of House Ambassador to join our dynamic team.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a charismatic individual who can provide exceptional customer service and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceeding guest expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Guest Engagement Specialist: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our guests, providing personalized attention and tailored recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
- Order Management Expert: Efficiently process orders, manage special requests and ensure prompt delivery of food and beverages to our guests.
- Service Flow Manager: Monitor and maintain a high level of service quality, handling any issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Warm and welcoming personality with a natural ability to interact with people and create a positive atmosphere
