Key Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of sales and marketing forecasts to plan inventory effectively.

  • Collaborate closely with production teams to review capacity plans and optimize finished goods inventory levels.
  • Identify potential risks to customer supply and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Analyze inventory data and make recommendations for improving supply chain efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies for managing inventory levels and minimizing stockouts.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Qualifications:

Relevant Bachelor's Degree in a field such as Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.

  • Post-graduate qualifications in Supply Chain Management are highly desirable.
Experience:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in supply chain planning.

  • At least 2 years' experience working within an ERP environment.
  • Proven track record of working with supply planning tools and software in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of MRP and replenishment processes.
  • Knowledge of best-practice inventory management policies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
