Job Description
As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels across all products. This includes establishing tracking processes for inventory levels, monitoring key metrics such as Days of Supply (DOS) and forecast accuracy, and analyzing data to prepare draft forecast submissions.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and lead inventory/forecast meetings with stakeholders.
  • Track demand trends and ensure accurate supply planning.
  • Analyze data and prepare draft forecast submissions.
  • Complete and submit accurate forecast reports.
  • Maintain and manage procurement and forecasting system requirements.
  • Set forecast limits and provide necessary approvals.
  • Monitor and take action to achieve slow-moving stock targets.
  • Align supply chain operations to support regional offices.
  • Integrate processes across stakeholders for improved visibility into customer demand, supply forecasts, production, and materials in transit.
