Ground Support Equipment Leader

As a seasoned professional in ground support equipment engineering, you will be responsible for leading market studies to identify suitable GSE equipment products and technologies. You will determine business needs for aviation specialty equipment and vehicles/ground support equipment fleets, ensuring reliability, safety, maintainability, and optimized total cost of ownership.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering (Masters preferred) with 7+ years of senior technical and management experience in large-scale procurement, refurbishment, or maintenance projects involving service providers and in-house teams. Relevant experience in aviation ground ops, ground handling, aviation maintenance, land transport, or industrial fleet management is essential.
You will work closely with our procurement team to drive value capture and cost optimization over the life cycle of the equipment. Additionally, you will oversee factory testing, quality assurance, and acceptance testing, ensuring that all equipment meets the highest standards.
The selected candidate will also manage the induction of procured equipment into operations, including material/spares package, commissioning, and training.
