  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure seamless delivery of quality service.
  • Assist with daily tasks including scheduling, task assignment, inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Address guest complaints efficiently through effective problem-solving, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Generate reports on issues or concerns for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive seamless operations and enhance guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in the field is essential.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, as required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
