Job Title: Debt Servicing Professional

Job Description:
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of debt management program clients, including onboarding new clients and resolving repayment issues with creditors.
  • Contact defaulting clients in a timely manner to ensure all assigned cases are worked within deadlines.
  • Administer inactive accounts, making arrangements for review sessions and appeals to creditors.
  • Provide prompt responses to client and creditor queries.
  • Document communication accurately and comprehensively in the system.
  • Maintain professional relationships with colleagues across departments.
  • Offer support cover for review cases as needed.
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to management.
  • Escalate exceptional situations promptly.
  • Adhere to organizational policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in finance, accountancy, banking, or business administration.
  • Good understanding of debt collection and repayment processes.
  • Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
  • Patience and good listening skills to handle difficult clients.
