We are seeking a skilled Workforce Planner to join our team in managing the allocation of resources across various projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Proactively working with stakeholders to understand their resource requirements
- Allocating staff on engagements, taking into account relevant guidelines and constraints
- Identifying potential conflicts and escalating issues to senior members of the RM Team or Sector Resource Manager as necessary
- Supporting weekly conference calls and meetings related to staff allocation
Main Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities- Allocate engagements with an optimal mix of resources (level, skills, experience, onshore vs offshore) based on relevant guidelines
- Maintain S&D Talentlink (Resourcing system) as a live and accurate database reflecting deployment development regarding staff on engagements and leave planning
- Prepare/resource utilization projections and engage in discussions with the Sector Resource Manager on any identified issues
- Manage and update data on new starters, transfers, and departures
Requirements
What We Need From You- 1-3 years of experience in a professional environment, preferably in Financial Services or Accounting
- An interest in workforce planning, resource management, and similar disciplines
- Strong business acumen with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Extremely organized with exceptional time management and prioritization skills
- A proactive and positive attitude coupled with high energy, motivation, and enthusiasm
Technical Prerequisites
What Will Help You Succeed- Experience with database management and strong administration skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft, especially Excel for reporting
