Senior Contract and Procurement Specialist

The Contract and Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing contracts, tenders, and procurement processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
About the Role:
- Manage contract administration, including preparation of tender documents, evaluation of bids, and negotiation with contractors.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend vendors for supply agreements.
- Analyze data to inform procurement decisions and optimize budget allocation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead contract management activities, including setup, administration, and closeout.
- Prepare and review contract documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement plans.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on contract performance and vendor compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
