Procurement and Contract Administration Specialist
Job Description:Vita Partners is a leading life science, innovation, and R&D real estate platform. We are currently seeking an experienced Procurement and Contract Administration Specialist to support the smooth functioning of our project sites by overseeing procurement and contract administration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all site services adhere to organisational policies and regulatory standards. This includes assisting in the preparation of purchasing reports, material receipts, and acknowledgements to support internal reporting by senior construction management.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in construction management or a related discipline and demonstrated strong knowledge of procurement and contract administration practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and maintain documentation systems and administrative processes to enhance site efficiency and stakeholder service delivery.
- Ensure all procurement and administrative activities comply with relevant legislation and organisational standards.
- Liaise with external suppliers to coordinate the timely provision of scaffolding, waste management, and other site services within defined parameters.
- Coordinate the preparation, distribution, and processing of construction contracts, ensuring accurate documentation, amendment tracking, and appropriate approvals.
- Tertiary qualifications in construction management or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of procurement and contract administration practices.
- Experience in a site coordination role within the construction projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
