Physical Rehabilitation Specialist

As an Occupational Therapy Aide, you will play a vital role in assisting patients with their daily activities and promoting independence. This is a dynamic and rewarding position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work well under supervision.
">- Administer routine physical and occupational therapy treatment under the guidance of the therapist.
- Assist patients with ambulation training using walkers, braces or parallel bars.
- Help patients perform exercises using physiotherapy equipment.
- Supervise patients practicing activities of daily living and leisure participation.
- Plan and facilitate group exercise sessions with the support of the therapist.
- Monitor patient reactions during treatment, ensuring safety and reporting any concerns to the therapist.
- Perform administrative tasks including documenting patients' exercises and activity sessions, as well as attendance tracking.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by sterilizing equipment and rehabilitation areas.
