Job Title: Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team of healthcare professionals.

In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality care to our clients, working closely with them and their families to set treatment objectives aligned with a diagnosis.

Your responsibilities will include assessing clients' physical capabilities, interpreting assessment results to formulate a diagnosis, and developing effective treatment plans. You will also deliver physiotherapy treatments such as exercise programs, therapeutic techniques, and patient education.

A key aspect of this role is collaboration with healthcare professionals and interdisciplinary team members to ensure a unified approach to client care and goal-setting. You will maintain comprehensive documentation of each client's therapy sessions, progress, and response to treatment.
