Future Health Systems Transformation Lead

We are seeking a Senior Executive to join our team in a key leadership role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation and transformation across our organization, with a focus on future health systems.
As a Senior Executive, you will work closely with the Project In-Charge to ensure the successful delivery of projects and meet the hospital's transformational requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Facilitating working sessions with stakeholders to achieve project deliverables and timeframes
- Aligning projects and delivering project objectives through collaboration with relevant cluster/hospital level workgroups
- Conducting feasibility studies, exploratory activities, and tendering processes to identify potential solutions
- Providing technical solutioning, analytical reviews, and process reviews for assigned projects
- Ensuring timely updates and escalation of issues at appropriate levels
- Documenting and reporting project progress
- Managing project development and implementation, including funding/grant approval and testing for operationalization
- Conducting technical reviews of current trending technology or technology relevant to the project, and providing proposals for next-stage project development or potential technologies for implementation
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree with minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably with knowledge of hospital operations
- Knowledge or qualifications in robotic engineering, mechatronics, robotics programming, project management, human factors, or related fields is preferred
- Ability to manage, recommend, or facilitate project changes accordingly
- Experience with vendor management will be an advantage
- Task-driven with excellent facilitation, planning, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
