With matrix reporting to Deputy Director, Office for Future Health System under the oversight of the Chief Communications Officer, you are expected to play a lead role in cultivating, facilitating and catalysing a vibrant organisation culture that is patient-centric and innovative, and aligned to the mission and vision of SGH and SingHealth. You are expected to:

- Strategise and execute a multi-channel and integrated communications plan for innovation and transformation.
- Set new standards and adopt out-of-box thinking in communicating and engaging with varied stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Support the communications needs of the Department of Future Health System and the SGH Campus Hospital Planning Committee, to excite staff and stakeholders in co-creating the future SGH.
- Chart and implement all strategies and plans for media relations, internal communications, marketing communications, patient and stakeholder engagement, and any other communications needs.

**Job Requirements**
- Good university degree in Arts and Social Sciences, Mass Communications and/or other Social Sciences, preferably with familiarity of healthcare
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in communications or related field such as journalism. 6 years at managerial level in a large service-oriented organisation.
- Able to establish good rapport with internal or external parties
- Ability to facilitate discussions and engage with different levels of staff
- Possess attributes such as forward thinking and innovative mindset, task driven, excellent facilitation skills, strong planning, analytical and organisation skills, and excellent EQ and interpersonal skills
