Innovative Digital Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Innovative Digital Specialist to join our Marketing team.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will blend frontend development expertise with a keen design sensibility to build and maintain high-impact digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop marketing websites, landing pages, and digital experiences aligned with brand and campaign goals.
- Create responsive UI/UX components and animations using modern web technologies such as TypeScript and React.
- Optimize web performance, accessibility, SEO, and responsiveness across major devices and browsers.
- Translate wireframes, mockups, and creative briefs into polished, functional web interfaces.
- Maintain consistent brand execution across digital assets.
- Contribute ideas to creative brainstorms for marketing campaigns, product launches, and event pages.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, Marketing Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of frontend/web development experience, ideally supporting marketing or creative teams.
- Proficient in TypeScript with hands-on experience using modern frameworks like React.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Airtable, and Figma.
A strong grasp of responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and version control systems is essential. Experience with Git, WordPress, and legacy HTML/PHP environments is a plus.
