Are you a seasoned professional seeking a challenging role in the insurance industry?

We are looking for an experienced Principal Consultant to join our team and drive digital transformation across operations, underwriting, distribution, and claims.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the project lifecycle and be able to employ these concepts in process design, system implementation, and the development of client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop forward-thinking solutions across various pillars such as technology, people, and process for our insurance clients
  • Lead transformation projects and process improvement initiatives for multi-national insurers
  • Work cross-functionally to develop and execute digital transformation strategies to ensure our clients achieve their growth and efficiency objectives
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in the Insurance Industry with a specific focus on digital transformation across Operations, Underwriting, Distribution, and/or Claims
  • A strong understanding of the project lifecycle and the ability to employ these concepts in process design, system implementation, and the development of client deliverables
  • Business analysis experience in insurance capability uplift and digital ways of working – including designing or implementing target operating model strategies
