We are looking for a seasoned project manager to join our team as an insurance transformation expert.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will lead complex projects from start to finish, guiding cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. A key aspect of this role is to distill complex challenges into actionable insights, drive decision-making processes, and ensure timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead detailed analysis to support end-solutions for clients
  • Structure and guide problem-solving with client and project teams
  • Produce solutions to complex problems demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the subject matter
  • Mentor consultants and senior consultants to increase their industry-specific knowledge and practical experiences
  • Conduct market and trend analyses to support business growth
  • Act as a thought leader and define business development activities
Requirements:
  • Degree holder
  • At least 6 years' experience in Project Management / Business Analysis roles in the life or non-life insurance domain
  • Project experience in areas such as distribution, digital and AI-led distribution transformation, core system implementation and/or enhancement, underwriting, claims, financial or technical accounting, operational process improvement
  • Demonstrated project leadership and business analysis experience managing small teams or workstreams
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative skills with the ability to identify complex problems and conceptualise solutions
  • Impeccable communication, presentation and facilitation skills
