Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced technical support specialist to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.


About the Role

The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for surveillance systems in the public sector. This includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving system issues both remotely and on-site. The specialist will also be responsible for collaborating with internal teams and system integrators (SIs) to ensure timely resolution of technical problems.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for surveillance systems in the public sector.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system issues both remotely and on-site.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and SIs to ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
  • Assist with system configuration, testing, and ongoing technical support.
  • Document technical procedures and maintain accurate service and support records.

Requirements
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in IT networking systems or smart device software configuration.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, customer-focused mindset, and capability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
