Video Surveillance Systems Professional

Job Overview:
This role involves the execution of routine service and maintenance workflow for video surveillance systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Key responsibilities include executing a service and maintenance workflow for video surveillance systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Liaising closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues, maintaining effective communication channels.
- Mentor a team of service technicians, assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distributing responsibilities.
- Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations to achieve successful outcomes.
- Provide support to the supervisor in ensuring timely delivery and completion of troubleshooting and service/maintenance of security systems at clients' premises.
- Ensure that works carried out adhere to relevant health and safety standards.
- Perform additional technical tasks as required.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of at least one of the following systems: CCTV System, Access Control System (ACS), Intrusion Detection System (IDS).
- Possession of a valid Class 3 license is mandatory; owning a car/motorbike is preferred.
- G50 clearance (Cat2A) for access to military camps for work purposes.
- Ability and willingness to commit to rotational standby duties for activations outside working hours.
