Network Surveillance Specialist

The role of a Network Surveillance Specialist is crucial in ensuring the optimal performance and security of an organization's network surveillance systems. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in network surveillance systems and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with project leaders to design and develop customized network surveillance solutions.
  • Analyze equipment failures to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure all rectification works are completed before handover during the DLP period for ongoing projects.
Key Requirements:
  • O Levels, Diploma, or Degree in IT Networking / Electronics & Electrical / IT Engineering / Computer Science / Telecommunication Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of related working experience in the Security / CCTV industry.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance productivity and solve work-related problems.
  • Experience in IP network-based video surveillance, door access control, and intrusion system design and setup.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team, independently, and under pressure.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with associates who speak Mandarin.

This position requires an individual with excellent technical skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to collaborate with colleagues.
