Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Biometric Technician to join our team. This role involves the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of CCTV surveillance systems and biometric control systems.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be able to work independently, and have good knowledge of telecommunication, networking, cabling, electrical, configuring router, network switch, wireless bridge, and other IT hardware.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting site surveys, attending client meetings, and deploying projects. They will also be required to plan, lead, and deploy CCTV and biometric hardware and systems, and ensure that works are carried out in compliance with safety requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the telecommunication industry, especially in CCTV and biometric systems
  • Good knowledge of telecommunication, networking, cabling, electrical, configuring router, network switch, wireless bridge, and other IT hardware
  • Able to hands-on for installation works (construction site)
  • Efficient, good analytical skills, and able to work independently

  • Able to converse/write minimally in English
